1. CANCELLATION & NO-REFUND POLICY

At The Ancient Vedic Astrology, every consultation is a personalized professional service. Chart preparation begins soon after you book, and your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. For this reason, we operate a no-refund policy. Please read this carefully before booking.
All Sales Are Final. All payments for consultations, readings, reports, and services are final and non-refundable, regardless of when the cancellation request is made. By completing a booking, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
Rescheduling (Instead of Refunds). We understand that plans change. While we do not offer refunds, we do offer flexibility. You may reschedule your session free of charge up to 24 hours before your appointment time, using the link in your confirmation email or by writing to mohnish.astrologer@gmail.com. Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the session are accommodated once, at our discretion, subject to availability. If you cannot attend at all, your payment may be converted into a service credit valid for 6 months, usable toward any of our services — at our discretion, for requests made at least 24 hours in advance.
No-Shows. If you do not attend your scheduled session and have not rescheduled in advance, the session is considered delivered and no credit or refund will be issued. Please double-check your time zone when booking confirmations show your selected time zone.
Cancellations by Us. The only exception to this policy: if we cancel your session and cannot offer a suitable alternative time, you will receive a 100% refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days, or a priority rebooking ,whichever you prefer.
Incorrect Birth Details. Readings are based on the birth date, time, and place you provide. If inaccurate details are supplied, we are not responsible for the resulting analysis and no refund will be issued; a re-reading with corrected details may be offered at a discounted rate.
Quality Concerns. If you are unhappy with your session, email us within 7 days at mohnish.astrologer@gmail.com. While payments remain non-refundable, we take every concern seriously and may offer a complimentary follow-up or clarification session in good faith.

Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and cookies, collected automatically by our website platform (Wix) for analytics and site functionality.
How We Use Your Information. To prepare and deliver your astrology consultation and reports. To communicate with you about your booking (confirmations, reminders, follow-ups). To send you newsletters or offers only if you have opted in — you can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email. To improve our website and services.
What We Never Do. We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information or birth details to anyone. We never share the content of your consultation with third parties. Your birth chart and everything discussed in your session remain confidential between you and your astrologer.
Third-Party Services. Our website is built on Wix.com, which processes data on our behalf (hosting, bookings, payments, analytics) under its own privacy and security standards. Payments may be processed by providers such as Wix Payments, Stripe, or PayPal. We may use tools such as Google Analytics to understand website traffic. Each of these providers has its own privacy policy.

Data Retention. We retain booking and consultation records for as long as needed to serve you and meet legal and accounting requirements. You may request deletion of your data at any time.

2. Nature of the Service — Please Read Carefully. Astrology consultations are provided for guidance, self-reflection, and spiritual insight. For matters of health, mental health, law, or finance, always consult a qualified licensed professional. Astrological predictions describe tendencies and possibilities, not guaranteed outcomes. Your free will, choices, and actions shape your life. We make no warranties regarding specific results, and we are not liable for decisions you make based on a consultation. Remedies (mantras, gemstones, rituals, donations) are traditional suggestions offered in good faith. Follow them at your own discretion. 4. Bookings & Payments. All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise. Payment is due at the time of booking through our secure online checkout. All payments are final and non-refundable; rescheduling and credits are governed by our Cancellation & No-Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. You are responsible for providing accurate birth details and for attending your session at the scheduled time — please check your time zone carefully.
5. Client Conduct. We are committed to a respectful, safe consultation environment. We reserve the right to end a session and decline future service, without refund, in cases of abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior.
6. Confidentiality. Everything you share in a consultation is kept confidential, except where disclosure is required by law.
7. Intellectual Property. All content on this website — text, guides, articles, reports, graphics, and the free Vedic guide — is the property of The Ancient Vedic Astrology and is protected by copyright. Personal reports are for your personal use only and may not be resold, republished, or distributed commercially without written permission.
8. Recordings. Sessions may be recorded for your personal reference where offered. You may not record, publish, or share sessions publicly without our written consent, and we will not publish your session or details without yours.
9. Limitation of Liability.
